Working on projects ranging from newbuilds and home extensions to barn conversions and historical houses, Jonathan Pearce and Peter Cornthwaite have over twenty years of experience in building and developing properties across Devon.

With an emphasis on using sustainable materials, J&P Construction have worked on projects ranging from green-oak developments to complex conservation work for the National Trust.
As well as running a large team of fully-trained builders, Jonathan and Peter have also developed close working relationships with a range of expert craftsmen, who are available for specialist work. They also have a special focus on kitchens and decorating.
