A Little Gift Company

Hi, I’m Michelle, owner of A Little Gift Company. Our story began after I had to leave my post in the NHS due to health reasons. After getting myself well I needed to think of my long-term plans. My twin boys were only about 2 years old at the time, so I took the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mum, which also gave me the time to do all the crafty things I loved to do.

My dream was to open a shop filled with locally made and sourced products, in order to give other artisans the outlet to be able to sell their products. The twins had started school when I came across the empty shop and with one last plea to my husband to take the plunge he agreed, so here we are!

What makes us unique is our little old Victorian shop which extends over two floors, as well as our extensive range of home and gift ware which is carefully sourced and handpicked to give you something different.

Our products are of excellent quality and value which keeps our customers coming back! We have quite an extensive range of items now, so I’m sure there’s something for everyone.

We have now introduced an online shop due to customer demand and the changes with shopping habits.
