Dartmoor Walking and Nordic Walking:
Explore Dartmoor and get fit at the same time! In regular weekly walks, as a 1;1 or with a private group of friends. Learn the technique of Nordic Walking, with specially designed poles to help propel you along, using your upper body, turning your walk into a workout. You will find the hills with this technique are easier and you will be able to keep walking for longer.It is not trekking which uses poles for balance and support.
We have regular weekly walks on Dartmoor, each walk starts from a different location to help you have more confidence in walking on the moor and recognising where you are.
