Running Deer C.I.C is a Devon based not for profit organisation established in 2011 to provide opportunities for young people and adults at risk of social exclusion; and communities living in rural isolation without easy access to education, employment or training.
Governed by a team of neurodiverse social entrepreneurs and changemakers we have a unique perspective in our approach to challenges and projects. We are determined to help make a difference to people and communities who are often marginalised in society.
3 Court Street
Set in centre of the thriving moorland town of Moretonhampstead, 3 Court Street is the headquarters for Running Deer C.I.C.
3 Court Street is also a Community Space for local businesses and individuals, and is in the process of registering as an Exams Centre for Running Deer School, home educated children and adults sitting qualifications.
Family Support Service
Our Family Support Service provides holistic therapeutic support to the families of neurodiverse children and young people, as well as directly supporting the children and young people. Our approach is family led, non-judgmental and person centred, which means the family and the child or young person help to guide the sessions to develop support where they feel it is most needed.
Running Deer School
Running Deer School is an Independent School for Special Educational Needs providing high support specialist education for young people in Devon.
