Utilising our re-design / restore facility where our clients existing jewellery can be re-modelled into a new design or expertly renovated  or totally  re-created back to its former design ( that's if the item has  passed the point that it cannot be renovated )

We can also facilitate more  simple processes like re-size rings , repairs to customers  stone set fine jewellery , engraving ,
Rhodium plating of white gold items , etc, etc.

We are not located in a city or a large town thus we have lower  business operating costs but we still have the same  24/7 police monitored alarm system , safe, specialist Jewellery trade insurance policy like all other jewellery business should naturally have.

Our  lower operating  overheads can allow us to be more competitive for a like for like comparison / purchase , a recent comparison was with  a large city centre high street chain jewellery shop who had a 20% sale off their wedding rings at the time of our price comparison exercise ....

The only product we sell that is not British  is the unique hinged rings that we import from  the USA , sometimes attaching this unique hinged ring system to customers  original stone settings , this is a totally unique  product that has been manufactured in the USA since 1993

Our onsite goldsmith in Bovey Tracey  Devon    has used  their hinged ring systems since 2000  so you have the guarantee this is not a new gimmick

In 2022 one has the option to  request Her Majesty’s  Platinum Jubilee commemorative mark along with the date letter for  2022  which is  “  X “ in your precious metal jewellery we manufacture  for you .
